Daniel, an engineer since age 16, established Synergy Fire & Security Ltd

Daniel announced the opening of our Head Offices in Canterbury, Hersden

Synergy became ISO9001:2015 certified following a successful first audit and creation of a Quality Management System

Dan grew the team to 5 employees including

Synergy became a BAFE certified organisation for Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, and a SSAIB certified organisation for Access Control, Intruder Alarms and CCTV systems.

5 Synergy vehicles can be seen on Kent and London’s roads Portfolio grew to larger clients in both London and Kent

Comprehensive Optical, Dental and Audiological Cover policy launch to all employees to prioritise health and wellbeing of the team.

Daniel, decided that Synergy needed more room to grow! We acquired the adjacent unit to our existing office and knocked through to create a larger office space and training room.

Marketing manager onboarded and Synergy attended East Kent Ploughing Match in first of many brand awareness events.

Synergy gathered family, friends, neighbours and clients for team, coffee and sweet treats to raise £127.73 for Macmillan Cancer Support – the UK’s leading cancer care charity.
